Due to the snow, Tree House will be closed today.
We are very sorry to have to do so, and want you to know that we had contingency plans in place to do our upmost to stay open.
None of our staff are able to get to Tree House, including the staff that live in Wells. We have staff coming from all over like Shepton Mallet, Peasedown and Croscombe, etc, all reporting severe weather conditions.
Most of the Wells schools have already announced closures, and the snow shows no sign of stopping. We are also hearing reports of cars abandoned along Bath Road, Upper Breach and Knapp Hill, all the main roads leading to Tree House.
For these reasons, and for the safety of everyone, the decision to close has been made.
